Sonically speaking, Snake the Planet blends two of TOBIO‘s loves, retro
gaming and fat future beats. The tracks are riddled with charismatic old skool gaming sounds such as 8 bit arpegiated synths and bleeps. Whilst 8 bit arpegiated synths and beats have been done before, TOBIO’s deft melodic sensibilities make these tracks sound like contemporary classics.
